BRIAN BRODERSENBrian Brodersen is the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, California. Brian also serves as president of Calvary Chapel Bible College. He is the featured speaker on the Back to Basics radio program and the director of Creation Fest (UK). Brian is extensively involved in missions and church planting around the world. He has been married to Cheryl for 40 years; they have four children and six grandchildren.

DR. NABIL COSTANabil has served as the Executive Director for the Lebanese Society for Educational and Social Development (LSESD) in Mansourieh, Lebanon, since 1998. For more than 16 years he has served as the General Secretary for the Association of Evangelical Schools in Lebanon (AESL). He previously served as the Vice President for the Baptist World Alliance (BWA) between 2010 and 2015. Nabil and his wife, Lena, have two sons, Nicholas and Christopher.

MATTHEW FINCHMatthew is the director of the Calvary Chapel Bible College in Jerusalem. He and his wife and three children immigrated to Israel in 2015. As an American Israeli he has a unique perspective of seeing the great need for the building up of the next generation as ministers of the Gospel of Faith in Jesus Christ. Matthew's passion is to see young men and women be discipled and grounded in the reality of their faith in Christ by taking them to the very places that the Bible was written, showing them with their own eyes the truth of the word of God, and then sending them out from Jerusalem to Samaria and to the ends of the earth.

JEFF JACKSONJeff served in the U.S. Army, church planted in the Central Philippines and in the San Diego area and pastored a church in Phoenix that was deeply engaged in ministry to the refugees that had been settled there. He is the founder of Shepherd’s Staff Mission Facilitators, currently serves as the Ministry Strategist, and is the senior pastor of Radiance International church in San Diego. He's been married to Helen for 45 years and they have been graced with three grown and married children and seven grandchildren.

BRIAN KELLYBrian is a Calvary Chapel pastor and church planter with a heart for the Great Commission. For the past 20 years, he has been involved in church planting and mission work in East Africa, New Zealand, and the US. He is a graduate of Calvary Chapel Bible College (CCBC) and founder of the CCBC campus in East Africa. Brian pastors WestChurch, a new church plant in West Bradenton, Florida; alongside his beautiful wife, Lynne, and their three children.

PHIL METZGERPhil Metzger is the lead pastor at Calvary San Diego. He was the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Budapest, as well as the ministry director of Calvary Chapel Bible College Europe in Vajta, Hungary. He has served as a full-time missionary since 1998. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he oversees Calvary church plants throughout Eastern Europe, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. His heart and ministry is focused on making disciples and seeing the church impact the world for Christ. He would like to see more churches planted in order to bring the Word of God to the lost.

DEREK NEIDERDerek Neider is the Lead Pastor of Awaken Las Vegas, a non-denominational Christian church in Las Vegas, NV. He is also the President of Awaken Events, which are large-scale evangelistic events and humanitarian outreaches that unite local churches, reach the lost, and equip God's people. He is passionate about helping people grow spiritually, church planting, missions, and fulfilling the Great Commission around the world. Derek and his wife, Rachel, currently reside in Las Vegas with their three children, Alec, Hanna, and Levi, and their daughter-in-law Arianna.

MICHÉLE PHOENIXBorn in France to a Canadian father and an American mother, Michèle is a consultant, writer and speaker motivated by a deep passion for Third Culture Kids. After teaching for twenty years at Black Forest Academy (Germany), she launched her own ministry, equipping TCKs for flourishing, while offering those who care for them the information they need to love them well. Michèle travels globally to consult and teach, drawing from her thirty years of experience in TCK spaces.

ROD THOMPSONIn the 1990’s Rod was called to church plant in Hungary, Serbia and Austria. After years of overseeing Calvary Chapel conference centers in Austria, Hungary, and Murrieta (CA), he and his family returned to Europe to serve at CCBC in Italy. In 2023, they’re transitioning into a new chapter, where Rod will be overseeing leadership development and the missions of Reliance Church in Temecula, CA, and will continue the ministry of Cross Culture Missions. There, he plans to facilitate and encourage pastors and leaders through conferences in Serbia, Philippines, and Nigeria; and to begin a new ministry training center.

BOB VANDEPOLBob VandePol is responding to God’s call to be there for people on the worst day of their life through crisis management training, consulting, and delivery. He formerly served as President of Crisis Care Network (now R3 Continuum), helping to lead it from a startup to the world’s largest provider of Critical Incident Response services to the workplace. He frequently consults with businesses, universities, schools, and churches regarding how leaders can accelerate organizational recovery following crises. Alongside his wife, Susan, Bob recently served missionaries, refugees, and frontline workers at the Ukraine Relief Workers Conference in Austria.

SUSAN VANDEPOLSusan VandePol is the widow of Los Angeles City Firefighter Robert Ortega, an author, conference, and retreat speaker, founder of “A Life After Breath Experience - A Widow’s Calling” widow’s retreats, creator of the “Families of the Fallen” protocol for fire departments, and the “Life After Breath” protocol for churches and faith based organizations. She is certified in Grief, Crisis and Trauma Counseling, Grief and Loss Coaching, among others. Susan now resides in Michigan with her husband, Bob. In July 2022, they served and cared for missionaries and refugees at the Ukraine Relief Workers Conference in Austria.

MIKE VINCENTMike Vincent was sent out as a missionary to Mexico in 2002 to plant Calvary Rosarito. In 2005, he began a church planting training school based out of their local church. In the past 20 years, their ministry has been blessed to plant 34 first generation church plants, 11 second generation church plants, and 1 third generation church plant. Mike has a passion to help other missionaries and pastors transform their local churches into sending hubs of church planting.

MIKE WILCOX Mike Wilcox is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Prior to becoming a therapist, Mike served for eight years on the Member Care team for Pioneers Missions Agency, where he provided counseling and care for field missionaries. His ministry experience includes roles as an Assistant Pastor, church planting missionary in Indonesia, and Senior Pastor. He has also taught at the Evangelical Seminary of Indonesia and at San Diego Christian College. Mike and his wife, Joan, have three adult sons and three wonderful daughters-in-law.
